Asteroid 3122 Florence is coming very close, at 18 lunar distances. Can be glimpsed now.

Last night (had to wait till midnight for a clear sky), I had my first success. Towards the Aquila area, the Moon didn't disturb much. Florence found 1 degree South of a double star, and comparing with six fainter stars nearby, the movement was remarkable within 10 minutes. At 40x with a 1.5° view.
