Uranus and Moons (I hope)

Post by Geoff Knight »

I meant to post this earlier as it was taken on the 25th of August at about 1.30 in the morning.

Having tracked down the planet, I decided to take some long exposure images with my ATIK camera and hopefully, brought out the five main moons.

I hope to try again sometime soon to confirm that I actually got them the first time.

Hi Geoff,

Cool picture,I haven't tried to catch Uranus let alone the moons. I look forward to seeing your confirming pics too.

That's a pretty good picture of, what must be, a difficult target!

Thanks for sharing and look forward to seeing more.
