Artemis roll-out

Nasa’s huge Artemis moon rocket was rolled out of the equally huge Vehicle Assembly Building at Cape Canaveral yesterday. The rocket, topped with the Orion spacecraft, was then taken to a launch pad and tested to verify systems and practise vital countdown procedures.
When launched, Artemis will send its uncrewed space capsule around the Moon and back to Earth. The launch could take place in August. Artemis is a throwaway rocket, only the Orion capsule is retrieved.
